To design a new Club House with bar, lounge, cellar and toilet facilities.

OUR ROLE

We were asked to look at the feasibility for providing a facility to cater for the requirements of a progressively successful semi-professional football team.

We were appointed to oversee Planning, Building Regulations and tender for the works.

During the construction phase, we had to oversee some difficulties as the existing site had been previously infilled with waste material. Although toxic hazzards were not encountered, substantial foundations in the form of re-inforced ground beams had to be cast. Additional funding had to be found for this work, however, the project was successfully completed and finally opened by the Mayor of Walsall.
