To transform a tired looking area of what was viewed as a “working man’s club” into a bar and restaurant area with an appeal to everyone.

OUR ROLE

To act as interior designers to prepare several schemes for the committee, implement the preferred scheme and manage the works.

We had to take an overview of the existing clientelle and provide a solution to make the areas more appealing to a wider audience. This meant changing some of the gaming facilities to restaurant and eating areas and designating different areas which would appeal to different users.

We were given a strict budget and had to design, specify and ensure the order of all building materials, fabrics, furnishings as well as the furniture.

The project programme was started and completed within 4 weeks, on time and within budget.
